What they have in common
Every tool here runs inside your browser using the File API and a canvas element. Your file is read from your own device, processed on your own hardware, and handed straight back. The network is not used at any point.
That means no account, no upload wait, no queue, and no copy of your work sitting on someone else's server. It also means you can verify the claim: load a tool, disconnect from the internet, and watch it keep working.
Where to start
- Worried about privacy in photos you share — start with the EXIF Viewer & Remover.
- A file is too large to upload — the Image Compressor targets a specific size.
- Preparing content for social — the Social Image Resizer and Safe Zone Checker work well together.
- Something looks wrong and you are not sure why — the File Inspector will usually tell you.
What is not here
SnapView used to include tools for downloading public videos from social platforms. Those were removed. They needed a server that talks to each platform, which brings real running cost, a legal grey area, and constant breakage whenever a platform changes something.
Ten tools that work reliably and cost nothing to run is a better product than eleven that fail half the time.
Every SnapView tool runs inside your browser. Files you open here are read by your own device and are never uploaded, stored or transmitted anywhere. You can disconnect from the internet after this page loads and the tools will still work — which is the simplest way to verify that claim for yourself.
